How much does shipping cost?

The standard postal delivery is free on all orders.

Express delivery is available at extra rate for some countries. If you need to get your order fast, please get in touch to get a quote before placing your order.

I'm based in the UK. Does the price include VAT ?

The VAT will be added at the checkout for UK customers 

How are your prints packaged for shipment?

All prints are shipped in sturdy triangular kraft boxes to ensure safe delivery and avoid the use of plastic caps.

If you order several prints, they can be shipped in separate boxes.

Do you offer gift packaging?

We are unable to offer gift wrapping services at this time. However, you are welcome to include a note to be printed on packing slip. Please note retail prices are never displayed on packing slips, but in compliance with shipping regulations, they are shown on the outside of a package when order is shipped internationally.

We can't guarantee that your order will arrive within the estimated delivery time. For express delivery option, please get in touch.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by debit or credit cards. All payments are securely processed by Stripe.

The colours of my print don't look even. Is it a printing problem?

Please note our designs may look flat, but some of them have various textures here and there. 

If you're not happy with the quality of your print, please get in touch. 

Why do the colours of my print look different from what I see on the screen?

Every device has a different capability to display colours. We try our best to show the prints as life-like as possible, but please understand that the actual colours may vary slightly from your monitor.
